Development and construction of mixed use pharmaceutical industrial facility, warehouse and offices on the total land area of 76.750 m². Total net developed area of closed space amounts to 20.552 m², out of which 7.304 m² for automated warehouse of raw material, semi-finished goods and secondary packaging, 5.100 m² of production area, 4.900 m² of offices and 3.248 m2 of other areas (substation, water reservoir, power plant, etc.).

Development and construction of football stadium and training camp for HNK Rijeka consisting of UEFA certified stadium with 8,279 seat capacity, 4 full size football training grounds at the total land area of approximately 80.000 m².

Development and construction of shoe manufacturing facility consisting of production area, warehouse and offices at the total land area of approximately 98.000 m². Total net developed area of closed space amounts to 20.500m², out of which 12.000 m² for production, 3.500 m² warehouse, 1.400 m² offices and prototype hall 600m².

Development and construction of  5* resort consisting of boutique hotel with 10 suites, separate buildings with 16 residences, winery with tasting room, restaurant and external and internal swimming pools. Resort is located in typical Istrian scenery, surrounded by vinyards and olive trees.

Development and construction of 9 contemporary and luxury appartments at one of the most attractive locations in the city of Rijeka. The housing concepts, design and access to all housing elements represent something innovative and not yet available in the region. The latest technology used in housing construction makes these appartments exemplars of smart housing in Croatia.

Development and construction of business park in Matulji near Rijeka of total gross leasable area of 3,800  m² divided into four separate buildings constructed with high quality standards.

Development and construction of biomass combined heat and power plant (simultaneous production of heat and power)with 1.900 kW electrical production capacity and 8.000 kW of thermal output. This energy production plant integrates wood processing facility consisting of sawmill and drying plants.

Through an established business and logistic network, MACK has provided organization, support, management and execution of manufacturing and assembly of high efficiency rudders of all sizes for all types of vessels (fishing boats, luxury yachts, containerships, tankers, etc.).

The project included the comprehensive blasting and coating of the main deck and hull structure, accommodation upgrade and extension, conversion from slot to cantilever type of rig and complete exchange of existing heli-deck support structure. Prefabricated packages, equipment and piping where assembled on the quay in advance of arrival but the fabrication of additional piping for high pressure lines, deluge systems general replacement pipe work were performed throughout the course of the stay. All five existing engines were replaced with new Caterpillar’s and original two mud pumps removed  and three new units installed.

During the 88 days of intensive work in the refurbishment, renewal and development of new systems of oil platform Scarabeo, MACK has helped in the process of steel and piping system renewal, installation of suspended scaffolding, HP mud line renewal, application of complete paint systems on all newly installed steel, outfitting and pipes, sanitary pipelines renewal and cailing panels renewal. Up to 300 people worked daily at the main deck level, 40 m above sea level with strict adherence of all HSE standards. The project was completed successfully 2 days before deadline.
